• Members of Amalgamated Transit Union Local #1005  
• Members of TMSA
• Employees of the North Oaks Golf Club  
• Employees of the St. Paul Greyhound Bus Depot  
• Retirees who are pensioners or annuitants of any of the above  
• Immediate family members of individuals who are eligible for membership
